Pro trial agent not reporting business transactions

Setup:

App server: Tomcat

Number of application: 1

Number of hosts: 10

Number of JVM instances: 20  (2 on each host running on different ports)

In my POC I deploy application and query for "Overall Application Performance|MyTier|Individual Nodes|NODE_NAME|Average Response Time (ms)"

Deployment involves generating synthetic load then wait for sometime before querying AppDynamics.

I could see business transaction reported for very first deployment with AppDynamics agent integrated, but for subsequent deployments only "Application Configuration Change" event being reported.

I understand that in trial version maximum 5 agents will report data but in my case none of the agents reporting anything apart from configuration change.

What am I missing ? Any suggestion/pointers will be highly appreciated.
