Where's the correct place to view the exceptions you want to exclude

When configuring exceptions to excclude using Configure Error Detection, where should you get the Exceptions and Exception Message from?

I've been looking in the Snapshot Summary of an Error i.e.

Summary     Scheduled Snapshots: one every 10 minutes.  - T24 : 1085775410 jRunTime:7294] [wlinst] [INPUTTER-] [IRISPAARCIB.LOG]  NO

                     RECORDS RETURNED BY ROUTINE BASED SELECTION com.temenos.interaction.odata.t24.T24Producer::There was an interaction error

Error             Exception Message: NON_FATAL_ERROR

                     T24 : 1085775410 jRunTime:7294] [wlinst] [INPUTTER-] [IRISPAARCIB.LOG]  NO RECORDS RETURNED BY ROUTINE BASED

                     SELECTION

Is this correct?

If I configure the Error Detection with Exception = com.temenos.interaction.core.command.InteractionProducerException

and message = NON_FATAL_ERROR

It doesn't work. Can you tell me how to excluded this message
