Re: Failed to gather Machine stats

Hi, 

I restart from scratch ( I deleted agent in controller, uninstall it on machine, delete Application in controller)

Steps I do : 

1. install Standalone machine Agent and start it
   (I don't specify any application nor tier)
2. I Check in controller, See the new machine agent and it's not link to an app
3. Create an Application and link Machine to this application with Controller UI
4. Wait 10 minutes => KO , can't see metrics
5. restart Machine agent  and wait 10 minutes => KO, can't see metrics.

Controller UI :

version 4.2.7.1

installed on VMWare Windows 2012 R2 

Machine to monitor : 

Windows 2008 R2 64bits

Agent machineagent-bundle-64bit-windows-4.2.7.1

any Ideas?

perhaps I need to declare app Code and Tier Code in controller-info.xml after declare it in UI
