Unable to view Application Monitoring data in portal

I am trying to monitor a Custom Java Application on a serer, we have a paid account for a single Application Monitor licence and I  have configured the application on the web portal. I downloaded the supplied zip file and extracted it to the server in question and launched the Java Application with the relevant javaagent command line argument.

 

I was previously unable to get the SSL working, so I configured it to submit on port 80, and if I execute a TCP Dump I can see that there is traffic flowing from the server to the App Dynamics system, but I am not seeing any data in the portal. I checked the log and I am not seeing anything out of place, and I can find the configured application name mentioned.

 

Where can I go from here to try and view the data?

 

I've attached the agent log file if that is any help.
