OWIN is not supported yet, but we got it working with custom rule. Create a custom .Net class/method entry point as below on the Application level:
Name: WebAPI
Match Classes: System.Web.Http.ApiController
Method Name: ExecuteAsync
Go to Transaction Splitting and check these boxes:
And set use first 3 segments of the URI
Go to Data Collectors and add a Header Check entry
