FileWatcher extension - no change in isModified parameter value

hi,

I am using filewatcher extension. the isModified parameter is supposed to change to 1 if the file is modified in last 1 minute. I don't see that happening. I am attaching screenshot for your reference. Any help on this would be appreciated.
