Hmm my first thought would be you have machine agents not associated with
an application. Check in the GUi -> AppDynamics agents on the wheel the
right upper corner see how.
If you have Server Visibility modules, or Databases, you can use
'Server%20&%20Infrastructure%20Monitoring' and 'Database%20Monitoring' as
the app names in the REST API to make sure you capture everything
e.g. http://dev.demo.appdynamics.com/controller/
rest/applications/Server%20&%20Infrastructure%20Monitoring/
problems/healthrule-violations?time-range-type=
BEFORE_NOW&duration-in-mins=15
