Need to trigger alert for a BT which is not hit for 5 mins as Critical!!

Hi Team,

I wanted to know how can I set alerting for a specific BT where customer wants if there is no hit on that perticular BT in a span of 5 mins, there should be a critical alert triggered. They say one of the services call this service. So for them this service should be hitting all the time. If missed they want a trigger for the same.
