Editing List of Available Pages in Application, HOW?

I need to edit a list of pages as seen in the screenshot, does anybody know how I can get to edit that list, to add/remove pages. 

Please see the highlighted area - it's the list of available pages, I'm not able to figure out the place where I manage that list?
