Tier showing 0 nodes

Hi,

Having installed the JVM agent, I see the business application and tier.

But when clicking into tiers and nodes, I see 0 nodes and no status.

Checking the agent logs show the agent registered and ran successfully. 

Any reason how this might have happened?

I'm running on enterprise version with licenses not hitting the capacity at all.
