I troubleshot this with two AppD technicians.

We just ignored the error in the jcontrol panel: "java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: com.singularity.ee.agent.appagent.kernel.JavaAgent.redefineAllClassesNeeded()"

We created a custom POJO out of a class.method we found in the ByteCodeTransformer log and the transactions appeared.
