Re: Nodes in AWS fail to de-register when scaling down

NOTE: this has never been solved, and it has continued to happen.

Unfortunately, I can't change the settings without affecting other applications. The setting is at the controller level and not at the application level.

Even if I could, I don't know if I want to because by removing nodes, you seem to lose their logs as well - I am not sure if AppDynamics has considered changing how it displays nodes in the main console, especially if they scale up and down often.
